By purchasing products from TechTaberna, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor discrepancies may occur. TechTaberna is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.
3. Order Processing
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability or pricing errors. In such cases, customers will be notified via email.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary. TechTaberna is not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
5. Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Customers must contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate returns. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Products damaged by customer misuse are ineligible for refund
- Digital products and opened software cannot be returned
6. Warranty & Limitations
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties only. TechTaberna acts solely as a retailer and assumes no liability beyond facilitating warranty claims. We are not responsible for:
- Consequential or incidental damages
- Product malfunctions after warranty period
- Modifications made to products by customers

All content on TechTaberna, including logos, product designs, and descriptions, are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through our customer service team at [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TechTaberna is registered.
9. Limitation of Liability
TechTaberna's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from product use.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
